Healthy eating, Day 1 : Dinner

On the Menu tonight
Fresh Salad w/ low fat dressing
Fresh Fruit
Four cheese ravioli with a low fat marina sauce

Dessert: Mangoberrybananaberry Smoothie!

  1. okay... didn't get to the dessert, but I made a parfait for Sarah and I to share in the morning!! dinner was a success for the most part, minus the fresh fruit, but we had yummy yogurt w/ granola and it was DELISH!!
    It just felt great to make dinner @ home
    Picked the BEST wine tonight too...and am hooked on anything Moscato!!
    YUM YUM!!!
